I read something the other day that made me stop and think.

It said, “Women sleep with who they want. Men sleep with who they can.”

And as bold as that sounded, it reminded me of something deeper how often we confuse access with value, and attention with affection.
See, real love isn’t about who says yes or who makes the first move.

It’s about who shows up with honesty, consistency, and care.

It’s about energy that can’t be faked  presence that can’t be bought.

We live in a world where people measure worth by what they get,

But love  real love measures worth by what you give.

Because giving takes courage.

It takes patience.

It takes heart.

So to the man learning to love better, and the woman learning to love herself deeper 

remember this: the reflection in your glass tells a story.

It’s not just wine. It’s truth. It’s growth. It’s you learning to see your own worth.
